2. The Planner — Your Data Stays on Your Device

The Kaizen Goal Planner is a single HTML file that runs entirely in your browser. All data you enter — goals, tasks, habits, notes, mood scores, review entries — is saved to your browser's local storage on your device only.

• No data is transmitted to our servers
• No data is stored in the cloud
• No account is required
• No data is shared with third parties by us

When you export a backup file from the planner, that file is saved directly to your device. We never receive or have access to it.

3. AI Insights Feature

The optional AI Insights feature connects to Anthropic's Claude API. If you choose to use this feature:

• You provide your own Anthropic API key
• Your planner data is sent directly from your browser to Anthropic's servers for analysis
• This data is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy
• We do not receive, store, or have access to any data sent to Anthropic

The AI Insights feature is entirely optional. The planner works fully without it.

4. This Website (kaizenlifeos.com)

Information we collect

When you visit kaizenlifeos.com we may collect standard server log information including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This information is used only to maintain and improve the website.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website. These tools do not track you across other websites and do not use advertising cookies.

5. Purchases — Gumroad and Etsy

The Kaizen Goal Planner is sold through Gumroad and Etsy. When you make a purchase through these platforms:

• We receive only the information necessary to fulfil your order (email address for delivery)
• We do not store payment information

7. Skool Community

The Kaizen Planner Mastery community is hosted on Skool. If you join the community, your data within that platform is governed by Skool's Privacy Policy.

We maintain a presence on Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Any information you share with us through these platforms is subject to those platforms' privacy policies. We use these platforms only to share content and do not collect personal data through them.
